Frequently asked questions.
Frequently Asked Questions (Video Production)
1. How much does a video cost?
The cost of a video depends on the type of project, length, crew size, equipment, and post-production needs. We offer flexible packages to suit different budgets — from simple edits to full-scale productions.
2. How long does it take to produce a video?
On average, a short promotional video takes 1–4 weeks from planning to delivery. Timelines vary based on complexity, feedback rounds, and availability. We'll always agree a clear timeline before we start.
3. Can I be involved in the creative process?
Absolutely. We love collaborating with our clients — whether you have a clear vision or want us to guide the creative direction. We’ll make sure the final video reflects your brand and goals.
4. Do you help with scripting or storyboarding?
Yes, we can handle the full pre-production process including scriptwriting, shot planning, and visual storyboarding. If you already have a concept, we can build on it and bring it to life.
5. What type of videos do you produce?
We specialise in promotional videos, commercials, music videos, event coverage, branded content, cinematic social media content, short films, and artist-driven visuals. We also offer B-roll capture and video editing services.
6. Do you offer editing services only?
Yes — if you've already filmed your content, we can take care of editing, colour grading, audio mixing, and delivering your final video ready for upload.
7. Can you work with small businesses or solo artists?
100%. We work with everyone from startups and creatives to large brands. Our approach is flexible and personal — we scale the production to suit your needs and vision.
8. Do you travel or work outside London?
Yes — we travel across the UK and internationally depending on the project. Travel and accommodation may be included in the quote if the shoot is outside our base.
9. What gear do you use?
We shoot on professional cameras and lenses, use stabilizers, lighting kits, and audio equipment tailored to each project. We also offer gear rentals and production support for larger shoots.
10. How do I book a shoot or get a quote?
Just get in touch through our contact page or email us directly. We’ll ask a few questions about your project, budget, and timeline — and then send over a clear quote or proposal.
